Uncovering the Truth
The District Attorney stated in open court that he will seek a protective order to unfairly block the sharing of the information on this website.
However, we will continue to post evidence of this case as it is our constitutional right. The truth needs to be heard.
We believe this was a tragic accident and pray for understanding, comfort and healing for all of those in pain as we share the facts of what really happened the night of September 29th, 2020.
In this case, no one woke up on the day of the accident in the morning wanting for this heartbreaking tragedy to take place and for two boys to be taken from their family. The story being told in public is far from the truth. While there are bad people who intentionally harm others, this is not one of those cases.
Many have commented about wealth influencing this case whereas it isn’t so, nor has the family ever dealt with any criminal charges earlier. Perhaps, the ability to defend oneself and shine a light on the prosecutorial abuse of power by claiming false allegations with no investigation (a common practice among prosecutors) will support a positive change in our judicial process. We recognize and agree that all cases involving criminal charges against American citizens should be treated equally and fairly. Sadly, this is not the case and largely why so many have been advocating for years for a more just system in the area of criminal reform. We hope to help bring more awareness to this serious issue alongside organizations fighting for all citizens to be treated FAIRLY and transform the current legal system.
A Painful Fact:
America has more citizens incarcerated than in any other country in the world. One third of this nation’s population (70 million people) have criminal records. Rebecca Grossman has become very involved since learning how unfairly the system operates and is planning to launch an organization focused on helping individuals who do not have the wherewithal to defend themselves by providing aid to individuals prior to a conviction.
The truth matters and should be permitted in the judiciary process. All citizens being falsely accused should have access to investigators and experts to aid public defenders.
NOTE: The Grossman’s have not sought out or paid for ANY media coverage in any way till date. However, to add insult to injury, individuals in the local area that have made these types of accusations, in fact, some individuals have paid for write-ups in a local paper including fake headlines. Their paid content was not based on factual information but rather fueled by an eagerness to devise a lynch mob and create anger within the community and on the NextDoor App. They went so far as to accuse Grossman of treason. Additionally, these misguided crusaders have used social media to threaten publications that tried to fairly share facts of the case that have been withheld from the public. Furthermore, many of these individuals have never met either of the family members. They have launched their campaign from social media and local tabloid style news.
Focusing on Vengeance and Hate Does Not Equal Justice.
Again, the purpose of this site is not to create a victim or to deny responsibility. This devastating and unavoidable accident happened in a split second due to unforeseen circumstances. Rebecca wishes everyday that God had taken her instead of two young, bright and beautiful children. We all continue to support and pray for the Iskander family and for all impacted by this very sad event.
Please Avoid Spreading Rumors on Group Apps
These types of actions do not support the desperately needed healing.
For example, there is no truth to this comment posted on the NextDoor app.
Please try not to fall into the trap of spreading false information.
Posting vitriolic comments and spreading false rumors only creates more pain for the parents of Mark and Jacob. This is a Christian family with a strong faith in God and kind hearts. We encourage the public to respect the family and avoid posting comments based on rumors.
Additional fake news included a story ran by the Daily Mail for over a year alleging that Rebecca Grossman was a woman in another accident that took place in 2012, as well as social media sites stating that members of the Kardashians made comments about the Grossmans. The fake news is designed purely to create rage and garner followers.

Additional Details Of This Case
Following the next hearing, the body cam footage will be released showing how carelessly the accident was handled on the street, the negligent actions and incredibly inappropriate comments that were made by the Sheriffs during this serious investigation. In trial, the body cam footage of the field sobriety test and the recorded 911 call will be presented.
The body cam footage of the interrogation of Rebecca Grossman on the night of the accident by Officers David Huelson and Travis Kelley is missing some footage, has no time code and was cut into two segments.
